Question:  Does your sales strategy involve "no-money-down"?

Answer:  No.  You should never sell your home with no-money-down.

Question:  Will your method for selling fast work with other types of property?

Answer:  Yes.  You can easily sell a condo, town house, duplex or apartments using my method.  It also works well for commercial property.

Question:  Does the strategy require lots of work?

Answer:  The strategy pretty much sells your home on its own.  the only work involved is getting your house ready to sell.  Cleaning and painting if needed, etc...

Question:  How soon will I see results?

Answer:  When you place an ad using the strategy, your phone will start ringing immediately.  I've seen people put a for-sale sign in their front yard and get instant results.  One man got a purchase contract on his house in 2 days with a yard sign.  Reports of sales in 10 to 15 days are common.

Question:  Do I have to do a lot of silver-tongue dickering over sales price with buyers?

Answer:  No.  My strategy gives you the advantage of a sellers market.  Getting market value for your home is no problem.  For every buyer who wants to haggle over price--two more will want to make a deal with you and get the house off the market.  Sometimes if the home needs some repair--your price may need some adjustment.  Otherwise, market value can easily be obtained.

Question:  Does the strategy involve a lease with an option to buy?

Answer:  No.  My strategy produces an outright cash sale.

Question:  What if my home or property is in bad condition, and in need of painting and repair?  Will your strategy still work as quickly?

Answer:  Yes.  However, it's better to put your home in good condition.  You'll get top dollar that way.  No matter what condition, location or sales price--every home will always have a certain number of interested buyers.  My strategy makes your home standout over just about every home similar to yours.  Assume the house next door to yours is for sale.  It's the same as yours in size, price and condition.  My strategy drives the buyer to choose yours over your neighbors.  Why?  It's easier to buy your home over your neighbors using my strategy.

Question:  There's a book out that teaches how to sell a home in a few days--to the highest bidder.  Does your sales strategy involve bidding?

Answer:  No.  My method offers the buyer something that's hard to find.  It creates lots of interest.  Buyers want to deal quickly.  However, you could use bidding method with my strategy if you want.  You'll have a lot of buyers.

Question:  Do I need a lawyer?

Answer:  Yes, I recommend that you line up a good real estate lawyer to help you close the sale of your house.  I do not advise you to prepare sales documents on your own.  A good real estate attorney will protect you.

Question:  Leonard, are you a real estate agent--broker, lawyer or banker?  Are you trying to make a commission on the sale of my home?

Answer:  No on both questions.  I'm a private person who writes and researches "how to" information.  My background is in finance and investing.  I wrote this course with a goal to teach my sales strategy to home sellers--empowering people with the knowledge they need--to sell their house quickly--on their own.
